CO2- Thermo examination evaluation
Before the treatment 4 photographs have been taken from the leg, one from the back and 3 from the front. On the dorsalis screen the strain of the leg's veins can be well seen which is a typical sign for varicositas. On both legs, medial running , streaked hyperterm infrared signs can mainly be seen, marked irritation projection but it does not reach the inflammatory level. Thermal end values referring to peripheral circulation are very low on both legs, on the whole photograph signs on the skin surface under 30 degrees can be measured.
Treatment of the left leg took 30 minutes after that 5 photographs have been taken, 2 from the back and 3 from the front.
On both legs, signs of a partial rearrangement of the circulation can be observed, in case of the left leg it is more pronounced, of course. The base sign increased by 1 degree C, minimally. On the photographs 31 to 38 and 32 to 36 this process can be well seen. According to experiences, the base sign's increase is high enough not to solely impute this to environmental effects, rest , air-conditioned rooms, etc. but this natural process plays a certain role as well . However, if the leg and the foot are considered as two different regions, a marked increase of the temperature can be observed to the benefit of the foot and a change of 4 to 5 degrees C can be seen on the left leg.
We can say that the increase of the temperature of leg's distal parts is material and a change of 3 to 4 degrees can be measured even after deducting the base sign's increase from that.
At leg's venous formulas a moderate emission can be seen, it means their temperature decreased which can be explained by redistribution of the circulation. Physiologically it is a normal process, when opening the peripheral capilleries the stagnant blood in the leg's veins that susceptible to inflammation will start to flow again and the temperature emission will be normal.
In addition, an increasing activity can also be observed on the right foot besides the left one which could be resulted in by the consensual effect that is well-known in the massage. On the picture 37 the increase of temperature in the areas of same innervation can be well seen, its extent is different for the right and left leg, of course.
During treatment the temperature of the foot increased and an increase of the temperature can be observed even on the foot on the opposite side . And the temperature of the leg's almost inflamed veins decreased slightly.
